I work across the parts of a project that usually get split between people.
Client work runs through 2figs, my design-and-build studio →
I don't really have one lane.
I move between design, front-end development, content, technical support, and the operational problems underneath all of them.
Sometimes that means building a website. Sometimes it means making a menu system that can survive another location and another language. Sometimes it means troubleshooting something at the exact moment it has to work.
I work best when the problem is real and I can stay close enough to the thing to actually make it.
- Technical support — Apple
- Technical support — Interprefy (distributed live-interpreting events)
- Digital operations — real estate
- Web development
- Graphic design
- AI / prompt engineering and output evaluation
- Hospitality content & photography

Same person, different parts of the same project.
- A menu has to survive a reprint.
- A website has to work on an old phone.
- A campaign has to keep moving after launch.
Good work isn't protected from reality. It gets better because of it.
